NCCAOM 도제제도란?

Formal Education for Certification in Acupuncture

Applicants are awarded 10 points for each year of acupuncture education. One year is defined as 450 hours. Points are awarded for incomplete education obtained from an accredited school or college of acupuncture that meets the criteria described for the Formal Education Route. Points are also awarded for completion of a program shorter than 2,625 hours. Applicants may earn a maximum of 30 points under this category.

도제제도는 미국 교육제도 하에 있는 인증 시험 시스템으로 한의원 실무기록을 교육에 준하는 능력으로 인정, 침구사/한의사 자격시험 등에 응시 혜택을 주는 시험 제도로 한의학 실무(실습+이론)의 장점을 살린 이원적 시험 관리 시스템입니다.

NCCAOM에서는 NCCAOM KOREA(국제한의학교류센터)를 통해 이 제도에 해당되는 한의 실무 능력자들을 미국으로 진출 할 수 있도록 문을 열어 놓았습니다. 해당 도제제도 자격자는 NCCAOM KOREA의 전담 심사 제도를 통해 서류 제출과 함께 진행 과정을 문의하시기 바랍니다.

Apprenticeship

Applicants under this category are awarded 10 points per 1,000 contact hours with a preceptor. A maximum of 10 points may be earned per calendar year or 12-consecutive-month period. The apprenticeship hours must meet the criteria

described under the Apprenticeship Route. Applicants may earn a maximum of 30 points under this category. For specific details on this route of eligibility please refer to our website, www.nccaom.org.
